I tried “googling” a 13R drill press and found only 14″. Is that the right model number?

Thank you for looking Rick. I also found the first link, this manual is showing “belt tension lock knob”. The one I bought doesn’t have any knob or lock, I am wondering how do I loosen the pully belt to adjust speed. The second link takes me to a page asking me to download an app, seems suspicious and wasn’t sure if it’s safe.
