LOCATION – Saratoga Springs City Center, 522 Broadway, Saratoga Springs, New York 12866

WHEN –  Saturday & Sunday, March 25-26, 2023 (10:00 am – 5:00 pm)

SET-UP TIME –  1:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Friday, March 24th. Breakdown is Sunday after 5:00 pm. Everything must be removed from City Center on Sunday night.

Commercial space is available to manufacturers, suppliers, commercial wood dealers and commercial woodworkers who provide information, tools or materials of interest to woodworkers and wood turners.

Space is being sold this year at a rate of $425.00 per 8’x12′ booth (96 sq. feet). Multiple consecutive spaces are available for those who reserve early! Please Note: The Saratoga City Center will enforce their policies of: NO PETS & NO EXHIBITS OR VENDORS THAT PRODUCE SMOKE.

Space will go quickly! To apply, follow these two simple steps:

1. Fill out and Submit the Form below. (Note: You may pay for your booth(s) in full or pay a deposit of $100 per booth.)
2. After completing the form, go to the bottom of this page to make your Electronic Booth Payment or Deposit.

By doing so, you absolve NWA. and the Saratoga City Center from any type of liability – accidents, fire or thefts. This event is staffed by NWA and Saratoga City Center personnel.


You may pay for your booth(s) in full ($425 per booth) or pay a deposit of $100 per booth using the Paypal buttons below. If you want to pay in full (or make a deposit) for more than one booth space, the PayPal Cart will allow you to change the quantity to the desired number of booths. The updated price will show on the following payment page. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use PayPal. Be sure to complete the above application form first, before submitting your payment. Your application is still subject to acceptance by NWA. NWA reserves the right to refund electronic prepay if vendor application is not accepted.
