Exhibitor Booth Reservations

LOCATION: Saratoga Springs City Center, 522 Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866

WHEN:  Saturday & Sunday, March 25-26, 2023 (10:00 am – 5:00 pm)

SET-UP TIME:  1:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Friday, March 24th. Breakdown is Sunday after 5:00 pm. Everything must be removed from City Center on Sunday night.

Commercial space is available to manufacturers, suppliers, commercial wood dealers and commercial woodworkers who provide information, tools or materials of interest to woodworkers and wood turners.

Space is $425.00 per 8′ x 12′ booth (96 sq. feet). You may pay for your booth(s) in full or pay a deposit of $100 per booth. Multiple consecutive spaces are available for those who reserve early! Note: The Saratoga City Center will enforce their policies of: NO PETS & NO EXHIBITS OR VENDORS THAT PRODUCE SMOKE.

2. After completing the form go to the payment buttons below to make your Booth Payment or Deposit.

You may pay for your booth(s) in full ($425 per booth) or pay a deposit of $100 per booth. To pay, use one of the Paypal buttons below or send a check payable to the Northeastern Woodworkers Association. Our mailing address is NWA, PO Box 246, Rexford NY 12148. When mailing a check, include a note that links your registration to your check.
 
Be sure to complete the application form above and click on the Submit button, BEFORE making your payment. Please note that your application is still subject to acceptance by the NWA. The NWA reserves the right to refund electronic prepayment if a vendor application is not accepted.
The PayPal buttons will open the PayPal Cart which allows you to change the quantity to your requested number of booths. The updated price will show on the payment page that follows. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use the PayPal Cart with a credit card.
