SILENT AUCTION
Your dedicated NWA Auction Committee is pleased to announce the Summer Tool Market. The tools offered are donated to NWA by the members and community to raise funds for the Fiske Fund and General Fund. The SILENT AUCTION process is described below.
Auction items are posted online, larger items with a minimum bid and smaller items as “open bid.”
The auction starts IMMEDIATELY and all bids must be received before midnight, June 21, 2025.
To make a bid, send an email to NWAToolMarket@yahoo.com specifying the item number(s) in the email subject line, as well as the item number(s), item name(s), and item bid(s) in the body of the email.
For “large items”, you may make a bid greater than the minimum bid. You may submit a bid for any amount larger than the posted price in $1 increments for items less than $50 or $5 increments for items over $50.
Making bids for greater than the posted minimum bid for larger items is optional; you may submit a bid equal to the posted minimum bid.
For “open bid” items, you may submit a bid for any amount in $1 increments.
Each item will be sold to the highest bidder (determined by the email date/time stamp) for that item whose bid is received before midnight June 21, 2025. No bid will be addressed after that.
Winning bidders will be notified of the results via email Sunday June 22 by noon.
Buyers are responsible for picking up the item(s). Pick up dates are:
6/27 (Fri) 9-11am at the Railroad Avenue shop for items located there.
6/28 (Sat) 9-11am at the Shaker barn for items located there.
