Send an email with your bid to [email protected] specifying the item(s) number and name in the email subject line as well as in the body of the email. Items are sold first come first sold, so send your request(s) promptly.

You may DONATE tools to NWA for us to sell, or you can SELL your tools on your own. Here’s how:
TOOLS DONATED TO NWA
1. NWA volunteers will pick up donations from members and non-members by appointment. (We will pick up 100% donations only, 50% donations are accepted on consignment as below.)

2. Tool prices are set by the Auction Committee based on the available local market and past sales.
3. Sales transactions for donated items will be handled by the Auction Committee.
4. Unsold tools will not be returned to the donor.
TOOLS SOLD BY MEMBERS
1. NWA members can sell their tools on their own by listing their tools on the Tool Market site. Limit: three tools per month (2 photos max per tool, jpg format).
2. Price is set by the seller.
3. NWA expects sellers to donate 50% of the sale price as their donation. After an item is sold send your donation check (payable to NWA Fiske Fund) to: NWA Fiske Fund, c/o J. Shei, 60 Pheasant Ridge, Niskayuna, NY 12309. Please write the item number(s) on the check’s memo line.
4. All Tool Market purchase inquiries go to: [email protected]. The Seller’s personal email will not be posted on the Tool Market. The purchase inquiry will be forwarded by the Auction Committee to the selling member who will handle the sale.
5. At the end of each month, unsold items can only be re-posted by request. Postings do not automatically renew for the following month.

7. The Auction Committee reserves the right to modify a submitted tool description or decline the posting.
