Exhibitor Booth Reservations

Registration for our show on March 29 & 30, 2025 begins in the Fall of 2024.

LOCATION: Saratoga Springs City Center, 522 Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866

WHEN:  Saturday & Sunday, March 29-30, 2025 (10:00 am – 5:00 pm)

SET-UP TIME:  1:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Friday, March 29th. Breakdown is Sunday after 5:00 pm. Everything must be removed from City Center on Sunday night.

Commercial space is available to manufacturers, suppliers, commercial wood dealers and commercial woodworkers who provide information, tools or materials of interest to woodworkers and wood turners.

Space is $425.00 per 8′ x 12′ booth (96 sq. feet). You may pay for your booth(s) in full or pay a deposit of 25% for your total booth space. Multiple consecutive spaces are available for those who reserve early! Each additional booth space is $300 (You may purchase no more than 5 additional booth spaces)

Payments/Deposits:

Use the registration link below to register and make a payment. You may pay in full or pay a 25% deposit for your booth and any additional booths. If you pay a deposit, use the same link below to pay your balance later on. Deposits must be received at least 160 calendar days prior to Showcase to be included in pre-show marketing. All FINAL PAYMENTS must be completed at least 60 days prior to the show date. Exhibitors with outstanding balances WILL NOT be permitted to exhibit.

Note: The Saratoga City Center will enforce their policies of: NO PETS & NO EXHIBITS OR VENDORS THAT PRODUCE SMOKE.

  • 8′ back drape and 3′ side curtains

  • Two 115v electrical outlets per exhibit space.

IMPORTANT: A Note About Online Payments.
Our online payments are being handled by Zeffy, an online service that is 100% free (no credit card or transaction fees). That means that every dollar goes directly to the NWA. In return, Zeffy asks that payers consider making a donation to them. There is no obligation to do so, but that is how they stay in business which is to our benefit. When you get to the payment summary section of the registration form you will see a note about adding a donation to Zeffy. You can use the adjacent drop down menu (which starts at a percentage of the total) to choose how much you would like to donate to Zeffy. You can choose a different percentage or choose “other” to specify an amount of your choice or $0.00 if you do not wish to donate to Zeffy.
